Job Summary:

We are seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) Nursing Supervisor to join our team at Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living. As a Nursing Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality resident care by licensed and non-licensed staff in our Continuing Care Neighborhoods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular rounds to ensure nursing staff are providing excellent resident care
  • Review and adjust nursing staffing to meet resident care needs
  • Implement a person-centered approach to care, focusing on resident strengths and comfort
  • Assist in resolving resident/family concerns and grievances
  • Lead investigations for injuries, medication errors, and abuse allegations
  • Review medical records for compliance with regulations and nursing standards
