At PEAK Technical Staffing USA, we're seeking a skilled Telecommunications Project Engineer to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop detailed specifications for the installation of telecommunications equipment in central office or customer premise locations.

 

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of project engineering experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry or related Central Office experience. A BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred, but not required.

 

This position comes with a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Dependent Care Savings Account (DCA), and a 401K plan.

Responsibilities include:

  • Field travel for site surveys and project-related meetings
  • Preparation of proposals based on site surveys, customer requests, and standards
  • Selection of materials to meet project installation requirements
  • Preparation of detailed engineering and installation specifications
  • Modification of customer drawings and data for projects
  • Providing status on assigned projects
  • Ensuring adherence to company and customer standards and practices
  • Participation in quality activities for project engineering work
