Adhere to the company's uniform standards (shirt tucked in, hat straight, pants at waist) and embody the College HUNKS attitude (smiles and eye contact). Educate clients about pricing and services, highlighting the benefits to them before providing an estimate, ensuring 100% client satisfaction. Safely operate the junk truck at all times, conducting daily inspections (tire pressure, oil, equipment, etc.). Ensure the truck is equipped with necessary supplies, safety equipment, and marketing materials.

  • Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds for an extended period.
  • Must enjoy hard work, exceptional customer service, and assisting others.
  • Must be enthusiastic about being part of a growing organization and excited about the opportunities available.
  • Must be drug and alcohol-free.
  • Must pass a federal background check and drug screen.
