Licensed Practical Nurse

ProMedica Health System is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in a staff position. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing direct care to residents and supervising nursing personnel to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of clinical experience, with a focus on gerontological nursing and dementia care. A valid and current LPN/LVN state license is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise nursing personnel to deliver care and coordinate care delivery
- Ensure resident needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice
- Read and interpret thermometers, charts, and testing equipment
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods
- Full use of gross and fine motor skills of the upper and lower extremities
