We are seeking a highly skilled Process Development Engineer to join our Analog Technology Development team at Texas Instruments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the development, characterization, and optimization of MEMS resonator devices to meet the requirements for volume production.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with design, process engineering, and process integration teams to develop mutually agreeable design specifications for manufacturing processes for advanced analog nodes.
- Develop and improve mask/lithography/etch processes for next node analog nodes through photolithographic simulation and on-mask/wafer verification.
- Collect, simulate, and verify optical proximity correction (OPC) models and recipes.
- Partner with internal/external fabs to transfer processes for advanced analog nodes.
- Troubleshoot photolithographic patterning/alignment related issues for all fabs within TI.
- Masters in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Chemistry, or related degree.
- 5 years of experience in a semiconductor photolithography and/or OPC development.
- Strong knowledge/understanding of advanced lithography processes, lithography simulation techniques, mask making, and OPC techniques used in semiconductor manufacturing and process development.
- Willingness to work in a fab environment.
- Ability to travel internationally.
- Programming experience with Perl and Python.
- Source mask optimization (SMO) simulation.
- Lithography rule check software.
- OPC model build experience.
- Programming experience in a Unix environment.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions.
- Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships.
