About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Hygiene Specialist to join our team at Healthcare Management Advisors. As a key member of our oral health care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our dental practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding patient care by providing thorough dental cleanings, screenings, and hygiene-related services.
  • Collaborate with patients to educate them on oral hygiene and preventive care techniques.
  • Work closely with dentists to co-diagnose patient conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide follow-up care instructions and recommendations to ensure optimal oral health.
  • Effectively manage periodontal patients and all hygiene patients to maintain consistent re-care and wellness examinations.
Requirements
  • Current Dental Hygienist License in Pennsylvania.
  • Local Anesthesia Certification in Pennsylvania (preferred)
  • CPR Certification (current).
