Key Responsibilities
• Respond swiftly to client locations to identify and resolve urgent maintenance challenges related to generator systems.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance and repairs on advanced diesel and natural gas generators from top manufacturers (e.g., CAT/Caterpillar, Cummins, Generac, Kohler).
• Accurately troubleshoot and diagnose issues with power generation equipment, including Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) and generator control systems (both AC and DC).
• Ensure timely and precise documentation of service activities using company software, while effectively assessing and communicating the urgency of required repairs.
• Maintain a professional and respectful interaction with clients at all times.

Qualifications
• A valid driver's license and proof of insurance eligibility are required.
• Strong electrical and mechanical skills related to diesel and/or natural gas engines, generators, and automatic transfer switches.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience working with power generation equipment from reputable manufacturers such as CAT/Caterpillar, Cummins, Generac, and Kohler.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, and readiness to respond to emergency service calls as necessary.
• Proficient in basic computational tasks, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Reader, with the capability to utilize a laptop for service communications and ticket management.
