About the Job

This full-time position involves delivering high-quality treatment programs to patients with varying age groups, from pediatric to geriatric. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of patient assessment and treatment, as well as orthopedic skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients' physical status, functional abilities, and age-specific needs to determine their current level of functioning, self-care, self-responsibility, independence, and quality of life.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that involve patients, families, and social support systems, ensuring effective interventions to reach reasonable goals.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other healthcare disciplines to provide comprehensive care.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A graduate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
  • Recent graduates with a bachelors, masters, or doctoral degree with certification in Physical Therapy are also welcome to apply.
  • A valid Physical Therapist License (Oregon) or Physical Therapy Permit (Oregon) within 6 months of hire.
  • Basic Life Support certification within 2 months of hire.
  • National Provider Identifier at hire.
Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with knowledge of group dynamics, equipment operation, and advanced degrees in specialty areas.
