About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Beaverton, Oregon. As a member of our healthcare provider community, you will work closely with patients to understand their conditions and develop personalized care plans.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have certification from an accredited program, excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, and the ability to walk or stand for long periods. You will be responsible for consistently documenting patient medical history and progress, communicating problems to supervisors and team members, and creating a supportive environment for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective care plans for patients
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers
  • Document patient progress and medical history accurately

Requirements:

  • Certification from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fast problem-solving abilities and adaptability
