Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Spa Receptionist/Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our spa operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, maintaining a clean and professional environment, and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and introduce them to our spa facilities and services
  • Provide tours and information related to our spa and fitness center
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and book services with accuracy
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of spa programs and services
  • Register guests for day passes and membership programs
  • Follow up with guests on product recommendations and assist with retail sales
  • Perform daily checklists and report any needs or concerns to leadership
  • Report equipment failures or maintenance issues promptly
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of customer service experience, preferred
  • First Aid and CPR certification, preferred
  • Basic to intermediate experience using computers, web-based systems, and Microsoft products
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
