Job Description
  1. Administrative Support:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives and team members.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle in-person inquiries.
  • Manage office supplies, maintain confidentiality, and ensure accuracy.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of records, both digital and physical.
  • Draft and review documentation, reports, and correspondence.
Data Entry and Management:
  • Enter data into software systems, databases, and spreadsheets accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify data accuracy and correct errors promptly.
  • Develop and manage reports, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Assist in data analysis and interpretation for informed decision-making.
  • Organize, track, and update records for projects, clients, or inventory.
Requirements
  • Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, administration, or related field is a plus).
  • Experience:
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in administrative support or data entry roles.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
    • Data entry software and database knowledge.
    • Office equipment familiarity (printers, scanners, copiers).
    • Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems and/or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software may be advantageous.
  • Key Skills:
    • Strong attention to detail with the ability to enter data accurately.
    • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills.
    • Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
    • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
    • Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
