Position: Culinary Specialist - Pantry Operations
Become a vital part of a prestigious establishment dedicated to excellence in service and hospitality. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of our culinary offerings, ensuring that every dish meets our club's esteemed reputation.
We provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes competitive compensation, 401k with employer contribution, and paid time off. Full-time team members are also eligible for sick leave, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, short-term disability, and 8 paid holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of cold dishes, including sauces, jellies, dressings, and sandwiches, adhering to established recipes.
- Order necessary food supplies to ensure menu items can be produced efficiently.
- Slice, portion, and present cold meats, fish, and poultry attractively.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen.
- Alert the Sous Chef of any anticipated shortages in supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment.
- Properly cover, date, and store leftover products for future use.
- Assist with additional tasks as directed by the Sous Chef and Executive Chef.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a culinary role is preferred.
- Ability to prepare cold food items as required by the menu.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
