- Analyze and forecast production volume, reevaluating resources throughout the day as workflow conditions change.
- Partner with senior leadership to achieve or exceed key performance indicator targets.
- Resolve complex operational issues escalated from the team.
- Communicate business objectives and daily workload plans to the team and senior leadership.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in distribution center operations or a related area, or 7 years of experience with increasing responsibilities.
- Leadership experience with direct report responsibility, including leading salary-level direct reports.
- Experience mentoring and coaching others, leading a team through change, and building a culture of safety.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
- Experience managing resources, time, and budgets.
- Experience using troubleshooting processes to resolve problems.
- Bi-lingual skills, if applicable to the facility.
