Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time small animal Lead Veterinarian to join our team. The successful candidate will have a true commitment to practicing excellent patient care and will be a clinical leader who works in partnership with the Practice Manager and CVP to ensure proper medical case management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide an excellent experience for our clients and their pets and address client concerns
  • Be supportive of and contribute to the operational and financial goals of the hospital
  • Shape future veterinarians through mentorship
  • Serve as a clinical leader and work in partnership with the Practice Manager and CVP to ensure proper medical case management

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for veterinary medicine and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
