RV Receptionist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Representative. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for a positive interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate front desk activities, including answering and directing incoming phone calls, and maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail
- Assist customers with deposit payments for RV purchases, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
