Job Description

At Firehouse Subs - W&W FireLane Developments, LLC, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for the profitable operation of a specific shift, ensuring that all company guidelines and regulations are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Lead the restaurant team to consistently meet standards of superior guest service, quality, and cleanliness.
  • Assist the General Manager in coordinating and implementing operations plans and company initiatives.
  • Participate in interviewing, hiring, training, and disciplining employees.
  • Ensure accurate and complete programs, reports, and legal documents are completed on schedule.
Requirements:
  • Able to work on their feet for up to 13 hours at a time.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Any other duties assigned by the General Manager/Owner.
