Critical Care Nurse

ChristianaCare is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team. As a Registered Nurse in our ICU, you will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients.
Job Summary:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:- BSN required
- ADNs candidate are required to commit to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire can be considered with relevant experience
- Qualified applicants will have at least one year experience in acute care
- BLS required
- ACLS preferred
