We are looking for a skilled and compassionate nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care in an interdisciplinary team environment. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including pharmacists, respiratory therapists, intensivists, and other consultants, to provide comprehensive care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Monitor and assess patient condition, identifying and responding to changes in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements:
- BSN required; ADNs with a commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of hire may be considered
- At least one year of acute care experience
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred
