Curana Health: Seeking Primary Care Physician

We are committed to delivering innovative care solutions for seniors with high-risk, complex clinical needs. As a dedicated Primary Care Physician, you will have the opportunity to establish and nurture relationships with residents while overseeing their long-term and preventive care needs.

About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for building and maintaining a dedicated patient panel by establishing relationships with new residents and managing ongoing care for established patients within assigned facilities.
  • You will conduct comprehensive assessments, manage chronic conditions, and provide preventive care services for residents, ensuring continuity of care as their primary physician.
  • You will collaborate with facility staff, family members, and interdisciplinary teams to create and manage personalized care plans tailored to each resident's needs.
Requirements:
  • Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
  • Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics.
  • Active, Unrestricted Medical License in the state of practice.
  • DEA Certification and current BLS/ACLS certification.
  • Proficiency in EMR systems and timely documentation practices.

Compensation:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
