High-Performance Automotive Technician

Central Automative Group Inc is a leading automotive repair company seeking highly skilled Class A and B technicians to join our team.
Compensation PackageWe offer a competitive annual salary of $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job ResponsibilitiesClass B Technicians:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs with efficiency and accuracy, adhering to dealership and factory standards.
- Diagnose vehicle problems based on customer complaints and inspections.
- Communicate with the parts department to obtain necessary components.
- Suggest additional services and recommend repairs to customers.
- Keep the shop area clean and organized.
Class A Technicians:
- In addition to Class B responsibilities, diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, safety, and drivability issues.
- Conduct thorough inspections and complete front-end alignments.
- Lead and mentor junior technicians.
- Participate in quality control measures to ensure excellent workmanship.
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- Two to four years of related experience or equivalent training;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities;
- A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
