- Pursue new business opportunities through expansion of existing customer relationships and driving adoption of alternative transportation solutions.
- Develop and execute a territory plan to grow business, including defining targets, tracking progress, and making adjustments as needed.
- Maintain and build existing customer relationships through regular communication, account management, and support of ongoing requirements.
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales or business development, preferably in the heavy-duty trucking or bus industry.
- A thorough understanding of the automotive industry, structures, and processes, particularly in the heavy-duty sector.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-driven performance.
We offer a competitive base salary of $85,000 per year, plus a commission-based incentive program. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
