Job Summary

Baldwin Richardson Foods is seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our production team. As a vital member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, shipment, storage, and delivery of finished or raw product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and tracking
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) protocols
  • Unload raw materials from delivery trucks and deliver to the correct bay
  • Assist with receiving and shipping operations
  • Load and unload rail cars

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to apply computer and communication skills and math functions
  • Previous experience operating a forklift in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety protocols
