Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Supervisor to lead our Service team in Tekoa, WA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Department Management: Supervise and manage the service staff, ensuring that all work orders are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Foster strong relationships with our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the service department, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Team Development: Provide training and development opportunities for our service staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a service management role, preferably in the agricultural equipment industry.
