Papé Machinery, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Large Ag Territory Manager to join their sales team in Tekoa, WA. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for selling large agriculture equipment, leveraging technology to provide customers with efficiency and profit for their business, and building market share in the territory.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Sell large agriculture equipment to customers in the defined territory
* Leverage technology to provide customers with efficiency and profit for their business
* Build market share in the territory
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
* Meet or exceed sales targets

**Requirements:**

* Knowledge of agricultural equipment, including precision ag technology
* Financing background
* Excellent customer relations and communication skills
* Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office suite
* Drivers license with a good driving record
* Experience operating equipment and heavy-duty pickup/trailer combination
