Basic Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's (sophomore year or above) or Master's program in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Detail-oriented with robust adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional multitasking skills, able to manage concurrent projects efficiently.
  • Independent and proactive, with a high level of motivation and quick learning ability.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a curious and eager-to-learn attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with familiarity in SharePoint and HRIS systems preferred.
