As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in our Wound Care Center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to individuals of all ages. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment, performing patient care under the supervision of the Clinical Administrator and direction of the RN Case Manager.
Responsibilities- Provide basic care to patients, including vital sign checks, wound assessments, and medication administration.
- Assist in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest wound care techniques and best practices.
- Current LPN license from the State of Oklahoma or active Multistate LPN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re-training required during orientation prior to providing patient care.
- Experience in a clinical or physician-office setting, emergency room, and/or hospital setting that provides patient care.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18.08-$29.53, depending on previous work experience. Our PRN schedule allows for flexibility and autonomy, with shifts available from 7:45am-4:30pm.
