Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and conducting medical procedures.

  • Conduct health assessments, identify health risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Valid, unrestricted LPN license.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
