We are seeking a highly skilled Preconstruction Estimator to join our team at Robins & Morton. As a Preconstruction Estimator, you will play a critical role in the success of our projects by providing accurate and detailed estimates for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review project plans and specifications for completeness and constructability
  • Prepare quantity take-offs and analyze bids from subcontractors to ensure accurate estimates
  • Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors
  • Prepare bid packages and bid forms to clarify project scope requirements
  • Analyze and scope subcontractor and vendor proposals
Requirements
  • Undergraduate/Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
  • Minimum of three years healthcare preconstruction/estimating experience
  • Field experience – minimum of one year
