Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse (RN) at CHRISTUS Health is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions. With a focus on providing compassionate and individualized care, the RN assesses patients' needs, develops and implements care plans, and evaluates outcomes. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

This position is part of our CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital - Westover Hills team, where we provide specialized care in orthopedic and surgical services, ICU, women's services, and more. As a RN, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and contribute to the development of our nursing staff through clinical supervision and mentorship.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty, preferred.
  • BLS required.
  • RN License in state of employment or compact.
