Clinical Opportunities at CHRISTUS Health Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital - Westover Hills. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, implementing, and evaluating total nursing care for a group of patients. You will work collaboratively with other shifts and departments to ensure optimal continuity of care. Key Responsibilities: * Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans * Implement and evaluate nursing care, including medication administration and wound care * Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care * Provide clinical supervision and guidance to entry-level nurses Requirements: * Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred * 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty, preferred * BLS certification required * RN License in the state of employment or compact Work Environment: CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital - Westover Hills is a 150-bed hospital serving the fastest-growing area of San Antonio.
