Job Title: Neurology Nurse

Job Summary:
Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Neurology Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and collaborative environment. As a Neurology Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough nursing assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and educating patients and families on disease management and self-care.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.

Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain a high level of productivity.
