Neurological Care Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Spaulding Hospital - Boston and Cambridge. As a Night Shift RN - Neurological Care, you will provide high-quality patient care to individuals with brain injuries, utilizing your expertise in nursing assessment, planning, and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough nursing assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized plans of care.
- Implement evidence-based nursing practices to promote patient recovery and well-being.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve desired outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote self-care and independence.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current license from the Massachusetts Board of Registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Skills and Abilities
- Effective verbal, electronic, and written communication skills.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work variable shifts, including evenings and nights, and maintain a high level of service delivery.
