Automotive Service Director

Job Summary:
AAMCO Transmissions and Total Car Care is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Service Director to lead our team of technicians and sales professionals. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the highest level of quality in our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Manage and motivate a team of technicians and sales professionals to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and sales results
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business plans and strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements
- Monitor and analyze sales and customer satisfaction data to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience or equivalent sales/operational experience with a track record of success
- Unwavering drive for results and a strong commitment to customer service and relationship building
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Valid driver's license
