Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Hospitalist Physician to join our team at a top-ranked hospital in the country. As a Hospitalist Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to adult patients admitted to the hospital.
Responsibilities:
- Round on patients in the morning with APPs (Advanced Practice Providers)
- Manage admissions and consults throughout the day
- Collaborate with Critical Care Physicians to comanage critically ill patients
- Respond to codes and rapid response teams
Requirements:
- Active Pennsylvania Medical License
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Current DEA registration
- Acls, CPR, and BLS certifications
Work Environment:
This opportunity offers a unique chance to work in a fast-paced hospital environment with a diverse range of patients and medical conditions. The hospital has a 100% adult patient mix and a average daily census of 80-100 patients. You will be working with a collaborative team of healthcare professionals, including APPs, nurses, and other physicians.
