Key Responsibilities- Roofing Expertise: Perform comprehensive assessments and create detailed documentation regarding roofing systems.
- Client-Centric Solutions: Design and recommend maintenance and repair strategies tailored to the specific needs of clients.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise service foremen, assistants, and administrative personnel.
- Department Oversight: Manage billing processes, accounts receivable, job costing, and ensure departmental profitability.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their complete satisfaction.
- Operational Management: Oversee the service fleet, tools, equipment, and inventory of materials.
- Experience: At least 3 years in commercial flat and residential steep slope roofing.
- Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; adept in project management and time management; proficient in computer applications.
- Licenses & Certifications: Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record; OSHA 30 certification (to be obtained within the first 90 days).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous.
