Job Title: Roofing Project Manager

Advanced Roofing Inc. is seeking an experienced Roofing Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of various commercial roofing projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and schedule construction activities to meet project goals.
  • Collaborate with building owners for seamless construction operations.
  • Oversee construction progress to ensure timeliness and budget adherence.
  • Represent the company in project meetings and negotiations.
  • Manage contract finances to safeguard company interests and maintain client relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with company and project policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure construction aligns with design and schedule.
  • Develop bid requests and award contracts based on various criteria.
  • Review engineering drawings for system conformity and client requirements.
  • Conduct weekly project meetings and monitor action items.
  • Implement risk assessment and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing commercial roofing projects.
  • Familiarity with Florida Product Approvals.
  • Proficiency in TPO, Modified, and Built-Up Roof Systems.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and follow-up skills.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • High work ethic and self-motivation.
  • Capability to work independently and contribute to a team setting.
  • Engagement in local community activities for business development and personal growth.
Working Conditions:
  • Full-time role based onsite.
