Reports To: Compliance and Development Manager

Role Summary:

As an integral member of the Compliance and Development team, you will play a crucial role in the planning, design, and oversight of water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities will include conducting inspections of utility construction, ensuring adherence to regulations, and providing technical assistance to operational teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of water and wastewater facilities to verify compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
  • Plan and execute onsite inspections effectively.
  • Analyze plans, reports, and documentation, identifying necessary modifications.
  • Work collaboratively with developers and contractors to address and resolve issues.
  • Engage in meetings, assist in organizing documentation, and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Maintain detailed records of inspections, contribute to reporting efforts, and prepare essential documentation.
  • Perform field testing and supervise the collection of compliance samples.
  • Update and manage GIS databases, and participate in preconstruction discussions.
  • Maintain compliance tracking dashboards and spreadsheets.
  • Provide recommendations to enhance customer service and actively participate as a team member.
  • Represent Integra Water, LLC with professionalism and uphold the company's core values.
  • Execute additional construction, inspection, and compliance tasks as required.

Qualifications:

In-depth knowledge of water treatment processes and regulatory frameworks.

Familiarity with mechanical and electrical systems as they pertain to water facilities.

Strong decision-making capabilities and effective communication skills.

Physical capability to perform various job-related tasks.

Proficient in utilizing relevant tools and software for data management and analysis.

Education and Experience:

Experience with GIS applications and construction management databases.

Knowledge of water and wastewater industry specifications.

Possession of relevant certifications and licenses as required.

Valid driver's license and ability to meet pre-employment screening criteria.

Compensation and Benefits:

Attractive benefits package including retirement plans, paid time off, and health insurance options.

Starting compensation: $21.00 per hour with potential for performance-based salary increases.

This position is classified as non-exempt and eligible for overtime with prior authorization.
