Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and printer systems, as well as video conference equipment.
  • Provide tier 2 and 3 support for hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting and diagnosing problems.
  • Schedule and perform repairs, installations, and upgrades of workstations and equipment.
  • Set up and initiate video conferences between multiple sites.
  • Follow established standard operating procedures and meet service level agreements.
  • Maintain and update asset management records for all equipment.
  • Update ticket tracking systems as required.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; A+ certification and Microsoft certifications highly desired.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a production networked environment supporting MDT imaging, Microsoft Office 365, and Windows workstations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Must be able to lift 40 lbs and install equipment under desks as necessary.
