About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Physical Therapist to oversee the performance of clinical staff within the discipline and assist with staff development to ensure excellent customer service and efficient department operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in evaluating and treating patients across various age groups and developing specific treatment programs according to physical therapy principles.

Required Skills and Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree from an approved school of physical therapy, PT License, and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The selected candidate will also possess strong leadership and communication skills, ability to document patient care treatments, and proficiency in coordinating responsibilities delegated to supportive staff.
