About the Job

In this challenging and rewarding role as a Staff Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients on our inpatient floors, ICUs, and Emergency Department.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position with a 40-hour workweek, working days. The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical care and expertise, with experience in treating patients with diverse diagnoses across multiple adult populations. You will also have opportunities for clinical growth through regular internal continuing education programming, financial support for continuing education courses and conferences, and access to a formal mentorship program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Examine and evaluate patient's physical therapy needs, developing a treatment plan with treatment goals directed towards maximizing function.
  • Demonstrate competency in all clinical knowledge and skills specific to the patient case type(s) in assigned area of care.
  • Consult with other members of the health care team to ensure coordination and effectiveness of therapies provided.
