Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager II to lead our LTSS Program in Indiana. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and coordination of a comprehensive healthcare program that meets the needs of our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and oversee program operations to support corporate and health plan management.
  • Collaborate with functional managers to develop and implement program operations.
  • Participate in cross-functional workgroups to maintain and develop program operations.
  • Evaluate program operations to improve efficiency, financial return, customer service, and provider engagement.
  • Develop and communicate program schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Manage resource utilization to ensure appropriate delivery of care to members and adequate coverage for departmental tasks and job responsibilities.
  • Hire, train, coach, counsel, and evaluate the performance of direct reports.
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree and a minimum of 6 years of related experience, including prior management experience.
  • Service delivery coordination, discharge planning, or behavioral health experience in a managed care setting is preferred.
  • RN license in Indiana is strongly preferred.
