Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the accounts receivable cycle through design, implementation, maintenance, and management of all processes for billing, collections, and reporting activities.

  • Analyze and report on key metrics to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, changes in laws/regulations, and best practices to ensure the ongoing optimization of the revenue cycle.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management in the medical industry.
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of the revenue cycle, including billing, collections, customer service, and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of medical billing procedures, insurance processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using various billing software and technologies.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
