**Job Title:** Marine Technician

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Marine Technician to join our team at One Water Marine. As a Marine Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing problems with boats and motors, as well as maintaining and protecting the interior and exterior of the boat as it is being serviced.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete designated work in a timely, competent, and professional manner.
  • Accurately diagnose and repair problems with boats and motors (commensurate with experience level).
  • Coordinate with parts manager on parts that are needed to ensure timeliness of job completion.
  • Document all work and parts on repair order. Cause and Correction/All Parts.
  • Assist with pickup and delivery of boats as needed.
  • Maintain a spotless work environment. Keep bay clean.
  • Assist with special events as needed.
  • Maintain an orderly, clean, and professional work area.

Qualifications and Expectations:

  • Current and Valid Driver's License
  • Personal Hand Tools
  • Manufacturer Certification (Boat or Engine)
  • Internal and external customer satisfaction.
  • Timeliness and quality of repair work.
  • Low percentage of "come backs"
  • Accuracy of work orders. Including parts
  • Professionalism and teamwork.
