  • Conduct regular bed checks and document any issues
  • Assist with supervision responsibilities in the absence of faculty members
  • Communicate effectively with designated faculty members regarding problems or incidents
  • Complete required forms for faculty intention meetings
  • Act as a positive role model and advisor for assigned residents
  • Intervene in resident altercations and incidents
  • Administer First Aid and CPR as needed
  • Participate in emergency evacuation procedures
  • Maintain facility grounds and equipment
  • Responsible for Critical Incidents and Incident reporting
  • Upload clinical supportive documentation
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED
  • Flexibility to work various overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Basic knowledge of contemporary substance abuse treatment practices
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively under pressure
  • RADT certification a plus
