As a Behavioral Health Specialist - Family Focused Services, you will play a crucial role in delivering family-centered treatment (FCT) services, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure effective service provision.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled professional to provide FCT services as per the service definition and model fidelity requirements. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in human services or a related field and at least two years' experience working with youth or families. Current FCT certification is preferred, but not required.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Family-Centered Treatment Services: Deliver high-quality FCT services to children, adolescents, and their families, primarily in their living environments, with a family focus.
- FCT Certification: Obtain FCT certification within one year of employment and maintain it throughout your tenure with us.
- Collaborate with Treatment Teams: Work collaboratively with treatment teams to ensure effective communication and coordinated service provision.
- Develop and Coordinate Service Plans: Develop and coordinate service plans for individuals and families, including weekly goals and interventions aligned with the FCT model.
- Provide Psychoeducation and Interventions: Provide psychoeducation and interventions to support the growth and development of children and families.
- Bachelor's Degree in human services or a related field
- At least two years' experience working with youth or families
- Current FCT certification preferred
