Job Summary:The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a nursing home setting and be able to work collaboratively with the medical attending/physician and nursing home staff to provide the highest standard of care. You will be responsible for assessing patient health, performing physical examinations, and obtaining and updating medical histories. Additionally, you will be expected to build relationships with residents and families, educate them on evidence-based care, and formulate plans that meet their needs and desires.
Responsibilities:- Provide primary care to long and short-term residents, including assessing patient health and performing physical examinations.
- Collaborate with the medical attending/physician and nursing home staff to provide high-quality care.

- Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements by studying existing and new legislation and enforcing adherence to requirements.
