About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Implementation Consultant to join our team at Kansas Action for Children. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to our clients in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance to clients on service line materials management workflows and interdependencies.
  • Design and implement supply chain solution configurations to meet client workflow requirements.
  • Lead client meetings and events, and drive internal team initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Develop and implement workflow and process improvement strategies.
Requirements
  • At least 6 years of combined higher education and related work experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, or other client-facing or IT solution work experience.
  • At least 5 years of additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education.
  • Must be located in the Kansas City metropolitan area or near a major international airport.
  • Willing to travel up to 60-80% as needed.
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
  • Experience with Excel.
