Position Note:

The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the hiring and onboarding processes are executed accurately, promptly, and in accordance with relevant regulations and industry standards. This role involves attracting qualified candidates based on workforce requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating job postings, participating in recruitment events, and performing related tasks to facilitate the hiring process.
  • Conducting thorough candidate pre-screenings while ensuring a positive candidate experience, making informed recommendations, and extending job offers.
  • Identifying potential candidates and assessing resumes using various internal and external resources (including social media, job boards, and applicant tracking systems).
  • Delivering top-tier candidates, developing robust candidate pipelines, and analyzing reports to evaluate recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.

Essential Skills:

Business Process Improvement: Understanding of best practices in business process enhancement and the ability to implement more efficient operational methods.

Service Excellence: Proficiency in customer service principles, with a focus on meeting and exceeding client expectations.

Relationship Management: Ability to cultivate and maintain effective working relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues.

Candidate Screening: Knowledge of candidate evaluation techniques to effectively preselect suitable candidates for interviews.

Candidate Sourcing: Familiarity with sourcing methods to attract and qualify candidates for immediate and future job openings.

Staffing and Recruiting: Understanding of staffing processes and the ability to identify and retain qualified personnel.

Workforce Analytics: Ability to analyze workforce data and apply insights to support organizational decisions.
