Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Day Habilitation Program Manager to join our team at Integrea Community Mental Health Systems. This full-time position is responsible for the supervision and safety of consumers, overseeing and coordinating implementation of treatment/service plans, and providing instruction in Basic Living Skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising consumer activities, including completion of daily chores, outings, training, grooming, bathing, toileting, meal-time activities
  • Ensuring consumer safety and following a schedule of activities
  • Monitoring consumer physical and mental health, ensuring that consumer needs are met and maintained
  • Assisting consumers as needed, to include lifting and other physical intervention as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a human or social services field of study
  • Valid driver's license for the state of Alabama and safe driving record
  • Must meet conditional employment requirements
  • Able to read, write, and speak in English
  • Must be able to use good judgment in dealing with work-related issues
  • Dependability is a key requirement for the position

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
