About This Opportunity

Join our team at Integrea Community Mental Health Systems as a dedicated Child Therapist. In this critical role, you will contribute to the delivery of exceptional clinical services to consumers and families.

This position involves working with a diverse range of clients, providing tailored support to meet their unique needs.

Compensation Package

The annual salary for this position ranges from $43,888 to $52,000 for unlicensed professionals and up to $55,000 for those with relevant licensure (LPC, LMFT, LCSW). Experience will also be taken into account.

In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a robust benefits package, which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid vacation time.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for consumers, focusing on their specific needs and goals.
  2. Provide a range of clinical services, including crisis intervention, individual and group therapy, and medication monitoring.
  3. Maintain open communication channels with consumers, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must have:

  • A Master's degree in a mental health discipline (psychology, counseling, social work, etc).
  • Post-graduate experience working with children and adolescents, either through direct employment or as part of a clinical internship during your graduate studies.
